The messages
are the game.

Play your tabletop campaign without meeting at a table or being online together.

RPGirc is a system-neutral tabletop roleplaying campaign messenger. A human GM and players play the actual adventure through messages, whenever they have time.

THE ADVENTURE HAPPENS HERE

A campaign that fits
around life.

Shared schedules can be hard to find. A shared story can keep moving, one message at a time.

The GM sets the scene.

A human GM describes the situation, brings the world to life, and guides play using the tabletop system your group chooses.

Players make their move.

Read what happened, speak as your character, describe an action, or roll dice. Respond when you have time.

The story moves forward.

The GM and players build on each other’s messages. Catch Up and campaign history help you return to the adventure.

TOOLS THAT SERVE THE STORY

Keep your group
in the adventure.

A place for each conversation.

Campaign Chat holds the adventure. The Tavern gives the group room for free discussion. Private conversations keep participant-only exchanges separate.

Dice you can come back to.

Recorded dice results stay in campaign history. The GM can make private rolls and choose when to reveal them.

Context after time away.

Catch Up, scene information, action requests, and turn history help players understand what happened and where their attention is needed.

Your group. Your tabletop system.

Use character personas, shared images and maps, and optional gameplay tools. Your human GM directs the campaign; RPGirc does not replace the GM with AI.
